The Hasselblad battery charger for the X1D-50c features two slots, allowing for the simultaneous charging of two batteries. An integrated USB Type-C port supports power supply via an included power adapter or through common external USB battery banks. Front-mounted LEDs indicate status and capacity during the charging process. Users can also utilize the battery charger to check the battery status by simply inserting a battery and pressing a single button.

The battery charger supports both 3200mAh first-generation X System batteries and the current 3400mAh batteries, with the latter enabling fast charging up to 25% quicker than the former. This equates to a fully charged single battery in 2 hours and 18 minutes or dual batteries in 2 hours and 48 minutes. The 3200mAh first-generation batteries take approximately 3 hours to fully charge. A complete charge is indicated by an acoustic signal.
