Homematic IP Wireless Access Point 2

Easily start your Smart Home journey. The Homematic IP Access Point 2 makes entering the Smart Home particularly comfortable. With the intuitive Homematic IP app, all devices in the system can be set up, controlled, and expanded centrally. Communication is securely handled via the Homematic IP Cloud.

Installation: The Access Point is simply connected to the router via an Ethernet cable and powered using the included power adapter. It can be placed flat on a surface or mounted on the wall to save space – the necessary mounting materials are included. Setup is conveniently completed in just a few steps through the Homematic IP app: Simply connect the device, scan the QR code, and the setup will start automatically.

Configuration: With the free Homematic IP app, you can set up your Smart Home in no time. All other Homematic IP products can be intuitively added and configured individually. Up to 15 users can access a system. Multiple installations, such as in a vacation home, can also be easily managed through the app. In conjunction with the Homematic IP Wired Access Point, the integration of Homematic IP Wired components is also possible – for even more flexibility.

Control: Once set up, you maintain full control at any time through the Homematic IP app. Additionally, the Smart Home system can be conveniently operated via voice command using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The app's intuitive user interface allows for easy control, individual adjustments, and quick access to all functions – wherever you are.
