Homematic IP Wireless Access Point 2

Start your smart home journey with ease. The Homematic IP Access Point 2 makes entering the smart home particularly comfortable. Through the intuitive Homematic IP app, all devices in the system can be set up, controlled, and expanded centrally. Communication is securely conducted via the Homematic IP Cloud.

Installation: The Access Point is simply connected to the router via a network cable and powered using the included power adapter. It can be placed flat on a surface or mounted on the wall to save space – the necessary mounting materials are already included. The setup is conveniently completed in just a few steps using the Homematic IP app: simply connect the device, scan the QR code, and the setup starts automatically.

Configuration: With the free Homematic IP app, you can set up your smart home in no time. All other Homematic IP products are intuitively learned and can be individually configured. Up to 15 users can access a system. Multiple installations, such as in a holiday home, can also be conveniently controlled via the app. In conjunction with the Homematic IP Wired Access Point, integration of Homematic IP Wired components is also possible – for even more flexibility.

Control: Once set up, you maintain full control at all times through the Homematic IP app. Additionally, the smart home system can be conveniently operated via voice command using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The app's intuitive user interface allows for easy control, individual adjustments, and quick access to all functions – wherever you are.
