Additionally, the hardened, anti-static top layer is water-repellent, stain- and scratch-resistant, and easy to clean when stains or fingerprints get on the surface.

The new professional anti-static filters from FUSION Antistatic are made in Japan from handpicked silicates that are carefully melted and mixed to create high-performance optical glass. HOYA then applies the utmost care and precision to coat the enhanced 18-layer Super Multi-Coating (on both sides) formula, which significantly reduces or eliminates reflections on the glass surface and results in a clear high transmission rate. This means that the filter has virtually no impact on the color balance, contrast, or clarity of the final image.

The filters feature a lightweight, one-piece, low-profile flat aluminum frame to hold the glass. This one-piece design allows the filter to maintain perfect parallel alignment with the sensor plane for maximum sharpness, while the flat shape eliminates vignetting when used with ultra-wide-angle lenses.
