This hub has 7 USB 3.0 ports with "Plug & Play" function and with USB charger BC 1.2; the hub automatically detects if a USB charger is connected. The advantage is that due to the positioning of the USB ports, larger devices or devices with a larger connection plug can also be connected.

The USB 3.0 interface is especially important for data transfer from USB 3.0 memory cards and flash hard drives, where the high transfer speed of the HUB is most used. The hub also works when used without connecting a USB-C charger. However, in this case your notebook/tablet will not be powered and fast charging (e.g. of the mobile phone) via the standard USB charger BC 1.2 - i.e. 10 W is not possible.

The hub is most powerful when a USB-C charger (ideally 60 W, 85 or 100 W are recommended) is connected. This way, the notebook/tablet is powered and the USB ports have fast charging capability (for at least two devices - depending on the power of the USB-C charger).
