With a transfer rate of up to 5 Gbit/s, this fast USB hub can be used in various ways. USB 3.0 is backward compatible, making it suitable for USB 2.0 devices as well (with the correspondingly lower transfer speed).

The USB charging port (5V 2.4 A) complies with the new battery charging specification (BC 1.2) and provides a convenient way to charge smartphones, tablets, digital cameras, and batteries (commonly known as power banks), including a 5V power adapter – active hub.
