Newly purchased or used for a long time - but what is that slot on the case actually for? The 3.5" (floppy) bay on the front of most PC cases was often used in the past, but now holds little significance. The IB-HUB1417-i3 provides two USB Type-A ports and one Type-C port, complemented by a card reader, to make effective use of the 3.5" bay space.

With the IB-HUB1417-i3, devices become a small control center again. Existing devices such as printers, USB sticks with Type-C and Type-A connections, keyboards, and SD/MicroSD cards can now be used easily and without frustration, without the hassle of searching for a free port or having to unplug something.

Thanks to Multi-LUN support, each logical drive is recognized as an independent device. This allows access to both SD cards simultaneously and enables data copying. Thus, the usual back-and-forth of plugging and unplugging SD cards is a thing of the past.
