To assemble the ingenious mini-computer, the precisely fitting acrylic panels simply need to be interlocked, providing optimal support. No tools are required for assembly. The robust case offers the single-board computer the necessary protection and also gives it a dignified appearance. Note: There is a protective film on the acrylic panels that must be removed before assembly.

The acrylic case not only reliably protects against damage but is also ideal for hobbyists, as all relevant connection options of the revised Raspberry Pi board (Model B+) and the Raspberry Pi 2 have been considered. For instance, openings have been made for the four USB 2.0 ports and for flat ribbon cables of the 40-pin GPIO port, as well as for the optional camera module and display interface. Due to the extremely low heat emissions of the Broadcom chip on the Raspberry Pi mainboard, the pocket computer can be passively and completely silently cooled. Thanks to the cooling effect of the openings in the case, the acrylic case is also suitable for overclocking, which is possible on the Raspberry Pi within certain limits without voiding the warranty.
