Lensbaby Composer Pro II incl. Edge 50 optics Canon
Canon EF, APS-C / DX, full sizeProduct details
The combination of the Lensbaby Composer Pro II and the Edge 50 optic allows you to quickly and easily achieve the famous miniature effect. Experience the liberating feeling of placing the focus exactly where you want it. Surrounded by creamy bokeh, there are no limits to creativity. The design enables a variety of techniques that come very close to handheld photography.
The selective focus of this lens combination allows photographers and filmmakers to direct the viewer's eyes to a specific area in the image. This makes ordinary pictures unique, whether they are exciting landscapes and street photography, precise close-ups, gentle portraits, fun miniature effects, or appetizing food photos.
When the Composer Pro II is not tilted but aligned straight, the Lensbaby lens system transforms into a classic portrait lens without creative blur. It offers the fastest and most intuitive way to switch between traditional shots and those with a tilt-shift effect.
The handling of the Lensbaby Composer Pro II and the Edge 50 system is quickly learned due to the intuitive design. By tilting the Composer Pro II, you can place the focus where you want it. By rotating the Composer Pro II, the focus can be positioned in any direction, whether horizontal, diagonal, or straight. By stopping down the Edge 50 optic, you can expand the focus ring.
The tube and tilt of the Composer Pro II are made of metal, making them extremely durable. The advanced focusing mechanism ensures smooth and precise handling. You can use the aperture ring to change the depth of field of the internal aperture, which consists of 9 blades, from wide open at f/3.2 with shallow depth of field to closed down at f/22 with a wide depth of field.
