The LH-47LR ball head has a load capacity of 22 kilograms. This is achieved through the large ball diameter of 47 millimeters, which is manufactured with a tolerance of 0.01 millimeters. This allows the ball head to easily move and securely clamp heavy loads. The ball head itself weighs only 410 grams. The base diameter of the ball head is 62 millimeters, and it connects to the tripod via a 3/8-inch photo thread.

The newly developed mechanism of the clamping lever holds the quick release plate securely and permanently, ensuring that the specified load capacity of 22 kilograms is maintained even at a 90° tilt. Thanks to this clamping, a truly quick change is possible. The clamping lever locks into three positions: open, half-open, and closed. In the half-open position, the quick release plate can be pushed out but not lifted off. The lever fits snugly against the clamp in the closed position and does not protrude above or below.
