The LY tripods have been developed again to support photography in everyday life, when travelling or on longer trips. They are compact, lightweight and functional.

Y centre column: The Y-shaped centre column reduces the space required by the tripod, making it more compact without compromising stability. The legs of the LY tripods are closer together, which significantly reduces the pack size compared to the round centre column of conventional tripods.

Quick-release lock: The centre column is adjusted in a second using the practical quick-release lever and locked securely. If required, the centre column can be rotated vertically by 180° by turning the hook at the bottom for ground-level photography.

Can also be used without a centre column: A short adapter for use without a centre column is included in the scope of delivery. This makes the tripod even lighter if required and makes low-lying photography possible.

More adjustment angles: Most tripods available on the market only have 3 adjustment angles (low, medium and high). An additional 42° angle has been added to the LY tripod to expand the possibilities for photography. This 4th angle is perfect for stable shots in windy situations, for example.

10x carbon fibre: Leofoto uses 10 layers of carbon fibre (other tripods only use 8 layers) in a cross-bracing system for additional stability and durability.
