MH Panning Ball Heads

The MH series ball heads are designed for action, particularly for sports, nature, and street photography. Whenever it is important to have a stable hold for the camera while still being able to react quickly, these heads provide the right solution. With just one hand movement, you can release the clamp on the large ball and pan and tilt the equipment in all directions. A separate panoramic rotating plate is available for horizontal panning. You can adjust the friction using the small adjustment screw on the handle. Due to the special design, the ball head has no height offset when clamped.

The MH-35 can support up to 18 kg, thanks to its large ball diameter of 35 mm, all while weighing only 500 g. The ball head is equipped with a quick-release coupling according to the Arca-Swiss standard and a 50 mm long quick-release plate BPL-50N. The MH-LRC tripod heads come with a quick-release coupling that is compatible with the Arca-Swiss standard and for Picatinny rails. A cross groove prevents the Picatinny rails from slipping. The quick-release plate is not included.

For the metal parts, Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloying components. This corrosion-resistant material is characterized by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of construction steel. All parts are machined from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines, making them significantly more stable than cast pieces. Leofoto does not compromise on quality!.
