The VH-30 tripod is ideal for bird photography. The head features a dual panoramic plate. You can adjust the friction of the plate using the gray knob. The other gray knob is used to lock the head in place. The base plate has a diameter of 60 mm and includes a 3/8-inch screw hole for mounting on a tripod. For the metal parts, Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloying components. This corrosion-resistant material is characterized by high strength and good toughness. Its yield strength is comparable to that of construction steel.
