The high load capacity of the Mantona TBH 3. VIII results from its thoughtful design and the generous dimensions of all components. The ball head stands 120 mm tall, and the tripod head housing has a diameter of 65 mm. The ball itself has a diameter of 50 mm, contributing to the high load capacity of 25 kg along with the other components. The very voluminous design of all relevant parts ensures that the ball head operates very precisely, providing smooth and even movements.

Millimeter-precise control through professional controls
The TBH 3. VIII features a total of 3 locking knobs for ball head control. A very large control knob is responsible for the main locking mechanism, another for friction, which adjusts the resistance of the ball. A third knob controls and locks the panoramic function. Together with the built-in panoramic scale, this allows for very smooth and controlled panoramic sweeps even with heavy equipment.

Easy mounting on all tripods
Thanks to the 3/8 inch thread on the bottom of the tripod head, the ball head can be attached to almost any tripod. Additionally, the included 3/8 to 1/4 inch thread adapter allows the head to be mounted on 1/4 inch tripods as well.
