The IT CONNECT E-DAT Module REG 8(8) IP20 from Metz Connect is a universal data connection unit designed for modular DIN rail installation. With a width of 1TE (> 18mm) according to DIN 42880, this module provides a reliable solution for data transmission. It is classified with an IP 20 protection rating and supports data transfer rates of up to 10 GBit/s according to the IEEE 802.3an standard. The zinc die-cast housing is surface-finished and contains a individually shielded RJ45 socket. The module's design consists of only two parts, making installation and maintenance easier.
