Simply connect it to an available USB 3.0 port on your Ultrabook or PC, and the adapter expands your connections with three additional SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports as well as an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port. Experience network speeds of up to 10, 100, or even 1000 Mbps.

Overview of USB generations: The naming of our USB cables has been updated to align with the latest USB standards.

  • USB 2.0 supports transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbps.
  • USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Gen 1 are now identified as USB 3.2 Gen 1, offering data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps.
  • USB 3.1 and USB 3.1 Gen 2 have been renamed to USB 3.2 Gen 2, with transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps.
  • The new USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 standard supports transfer speeds of up to 20 Gbps.
  • USB 4 offers even higher speeds with rates of up to 40 Gbps, as well as better compatibility with Thunderbolt 3.

USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1, USB 3.2, and USB 4 cables and devices are compatible with each other when either a USB Type-A or a USB Type-C host interface is used.
