The Mobotix v26 dome camera is available in black or white and can be equipped with six different premium lenses (103° to 15°). The IP camera can optionally be mounted on a surface mount set that includes a microphone and speaker. To enhance security, a vandalism kit with a stainless steel ring and reinforced dome can be attached. With the IO module as an accessory, the camera additionally gains an MxBus connection, two inputs, and two 12V outputs.

The camera is professionally equipped with the second-generation Mx6 system platform, MxBus, H.264, and ONVIF compatibility. Recording takes place on an internal MicroSD card (4GB included as standard). It allows for easy ceiling installation, optionally with a surface mount set that includes audio. The lens tilt angle is manually adjustable from 0° to 90°. There is increased tamper protection through the optional vandalism kit. The camera comes standard with MxAnalytics video analysis tools.

The environmental sensors include a temperature sensor and a shock sensor (with a later software update). Additional sensors and IOs are available via the MxMessageSystem. Surge protection is provided through the MX-Overvoltage-Protection-Box.
