Product details

The AF-S VR 70-300 1:4.5-5.6G IF-ED is a high-performance zoom lens for the super telephoto range, compatible with both digital and analog SLR cameras. It features a 4.3x zoom with a focal length of 70 to 300 mm (105 to 450 mm when used with a digital Nikon SLR camera in DX format) and is equipped with ED glass (Extra-low Dispersion) lenses that ensure outstanding optical performance.

This lens incorporates Nikon's second-generation image stabilizer (VR II), providing greater flexibility for handheld shooting. The image is stabilized to allow for shutter speeds up to four stops shorter than those possible with conventional lenses.

The Silent Wave Motor (SWM) and internal focusing (IF) enable fast and quiet autofocus, and thanks to the nine rounded diaphragm blades, out-of-focus areas blend smoothly, creating naturally harmonious backgrounds.
