Product details

Powerful telephoto zoom lens for Nikon DSLR cameras with an FX-format image sensor. This lens, with a focal length range of 80 to 400 mm and excellent optics, is versatile and ideal for wildlife, stage, and sports photography. The Nikon Vibration Reduction (VR) system allows for shooting with exposure times up to four stops longer—ensuring shake-free handheld shots at any focal length. Four ED glass elements (Extra-Low Dispersion) and one Super ED glass element help to correct chromatic aberration, which is particularly significant at long focal lengths.
