Setting the correct string action is an important aspect of a guitar setup. The Music Nomad Precision String Action Gauge offers several advantages in this regard. It is precise and easy to read. Made from stainless steel with a black finish and white markings, these are deeply engraved and will not wear off. The measurement units of inches, metric, and 64ths are included in a conversion chart. The gauge has four different length sides, allowing it to be placed on the frets to identify uneven high frets. Additionally, a ruler is printed for determining pickup height, along with a reference for the correct string heights for electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and electric bass.
