The LEM/VIS-III adapter set expands the range of compatible Leica M cameras with its variable design, offering multiple application possibilities. It serves as both an adapter and a set of extension tubes. The following options are available:

• Visoflex II/III lenses can be focused to infinity on the Leica M240, M240P, M246, M10.
• Leica screw mount lenses can be used on all Leica M cameras.
• Leica M lenses can be employed on the Leica M240, M240P, M246, M10 in close-up and macro ranges with variable extension (3 medium rings, each providing 10 mm of extension).

With a 50 mm Leica M lens, depending on the use of the extension rings, magnification ratios between 0.28:1 and 0.84:1 can be achieved.

Notes: It is recommended to use this adapter set only with Leica M cameras that have a Live View function. On all other M cameras, focusing the attached lenses is not possible due to the lack of rangefinder coupling. To avoid misalignment of cameras, lenses, bellows, etc., the rear of the 3 medium extension rings features an adjustable threaded insert.
