The purely analog circuit provides authentic sounds, while the true bypass circuit ensures optimal signal purity. The gain control allows you to adjust the intensity of the distortion, and the filter control lets you shape the tonal color in the high frequencies. The volume control is used to adjust the loudness. The Nux features an LED indicator for a quick visual check of whether it is on or off.
