Product details

The LUMIX S1RII features a 44.3MP BSI CMOS sensor and a high-performance processor with L2 technology to deliver stunning photos and videos with LUMIX's renowned natural colour reproduction. The High-Res handheld mode even enables photos with up to 177 MP. With its revolutionary video performance, it is the first LUMIX camera to realise 8K video, expanding the possibilities. The popular Open Gate function has been improved for recording in 6.4K and with a future firmware update even up to 8.1K. It also supports internal recording of 5.8K Apple ProRes RAW HQ / ProRes RAW to enable high-quality video with minimal setup.

Phase Hybrid AF with real-time detection, now with AI tracking, quickly and accurately recognises human eyes and faces and smoothly follows a subject's movements. With high-speed continuous shooting of up to 40 fps and AF tracking, dynamic subjects can be captured with precision. The widely acclaimed image stabilisation achieves an internal compensation of 8.0 f-stops and a correction of 7.0 f-stops in the telephoto range with Dual I.S. The video image stabilisation offers Cropless E.I.S. correction, which reduces distortion in wide-angle shots.
