As a charger: Connect the device to a power source. The LEDs will blink red, green, and blue. Now insert the batteries into the charging trays. Once the LED lights up green, the charging process is complete. As a power bank: When the batteries are charged, you can use the device as a power bank with a USB-A cable. To do this, connect the USB-A output to a compatible device such as a smartphone or tablet. The LED will light up blue during discharge.
