The Pepperl+Fuchs NRB8-18GS40-E2-V1 is an inductive sensor designed for a wide range of applications in automation technology. With a reduction factor of 1 and a magnetic field-resistant design, this sensor offers reliable performance in demanding environments. The switching function is configured as a normally open (NO) contact, meaning the sensor activates when it detects an object. The sensor is equipped with a PNP output type and supports an operating voltage of 10 to 30 V DC. Its compact cylindrical shape with an M18 thread allows for easy integration into various systems. The housing made of stainless steel 1.4305 (V2A) ensures high resistance to environmental influences, while the IP67 protection rating protects the sensor from dust and water. Connection is made via a 4-pole device connector M12 x 1, facilitating installation and replacement.
