The PNOZ s30 safety relay from Pilz meets a new requirement in the field of drive monitoring, ensuring that the operating status can be safely monitored and maintained when the drive is brought to a standstill (i.e., speed and direction of rotation). The parameters for device functions such as standstill can be defined freely and assigned to an output. Parameters are entered via a rotary knob (press and turn) and displayed on a monochrome display. Set parameters are stored on a chip card. The integrated display shows the set limits/parameters as well as the current speed. Tolerances can be set freely for each limit. Optional axis position monitoring for the standstill function.
