The 50, 100, and 150 W models include active power factor correction, and the operating temperature of the HWS-A models ranges from -10 to +50 °C at full load, with a corresponding power reduction allowing operation up to 70 °C. Typical industrial applications for these switch-mode power supplies include factory automation systems, process control, LED displays and signage, testing and measurement, broadcasting, and communication.
