The PrimaCreator Ruby Nozzle is the latest addition to the PrimaCreator nozzle lineup. Typically, a standard brass nozzle is recommended due to its superior thermal conductivity. However, a brass nozzle also has its drawbacks. If you want to print with an abrasive material like carbon or a glow-in-the-dark filament, a standard brass nozzle will wear out quickly. For this reason, you can use a hardened steel nozzle, which does not wear out as fast as a brass nozzle, but being made of steel, it is not optimized for use as a "everyday nozzle" since its thermal conductivity is not as good as that of a brass nozzle. The most logical solution would be to combine the best of both worlds. This is where the PrimaCreator Ruby Nozzle comes in. In the best nozzle we have ever made, we have used the same plated copper as in our regular nozzles, but we have also added a small ruby-red gemstone at the tip of the nozzle. This transforms a standard copper nozzle into one that you can use with your standard filaments like PLA, ABS, PETG, and so on, but also with carbon-filled filament, metal, glow-in-the-dark wood, and most types of "nozzle-killer filaments" you can imagine that are currently on the market. Finally, you can use one nozzle for all your materials. All Ruby Nozzles from PrimaCreator are made from the highest quality plated copper with a genuine ruby tip. They are finished in a state-of-the-art factory. All nozzles are manufactured with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This means that your filament will have a very smooth and clear surface when extruded, which naturally leads to better prints. For the best results and optimal print quality, we recommend.
