QSC offers a comprehensive range of speakers for a variety of applications. From compact speakers for wall and ceiling mounting to large line arrays for concert settings: all these products embody QSC's design philosophy of creating systems with optimal performance characteristics. For targeted speaker performance with optimal sound tuning and perfect protection, simply use the model-specific DSP presets. These are included in the libraries of the DSP amplifiers and Q-SYS™. The optimal sound tuning is then performed automatically, saving significant time and costs during the initial setup.

In developing speakers, QSC adheres to two fundamental design principles: Intrinsic Correction™ and DMT.

Intrinsic Correction™ is an innovative voicing algorithm developed by QSC that achieves optimal radiation and phase correlation of the system based on more than a thousand spatially averaged measurements. Integrated protection circuits prevent mechanical and thermal overloads of the system. This sophisticated configuration concept is part of all active speaker systems. Through model-specific presets in Q-SYS™ and the DSP amplifiers, Intrinsic Correction™ can also be utilized for passive speakers.

DMT (Directivity Matched Transition™) is a speaker design concept that aligns the area covered by the tweeter waveguide with the natural conical radiation pattern of the woofer at the crossover frequency. The result is a balanced, uniform radiation behavior across the entire coverage area within enclosed spaces.
