Normally, you can find your mobile phone with your watch.

The T-Rex can control the playback of e.g. Spotify on the paired device (forward/back/play/pause). However, it cannot play any media itself and it cannot be paired with BT headphones.

The manufacturer has its own app (ZEPP) for this smartwatch. It can be used, for example, to make cross-country runs that have been tracked with GPS visible on the app. I'm not aware of the reverse method of transferring GPX data to the watch. I don't think this is possible (the watch can do a lot, but not everything ;)
