No, there is no ANC function.
No, the model definitely does not. The ear cup is simply closed and that dampens the sound.

Rather difficult without an interface.
No, the 250 Ohm version is made for special headphone amplifiers (typically on mixers). For normal equipment, you should use the normal 32 Ohm version. Otherwise the headphones will be extremely quiet. Even on my Mackie mixing console with amplifier for 250 Ohm headphones, the maximum volume with the 250 Ohm model is unsatisfactory...
I use the Creative Sound BlasterX G6. I am satisfied. But I don't know how others compare.
https://www.kopfhoerer.de/ratgeber/was-bedeutet-impedanz/ For mobile applications: Low impedance. For high impedance you need amplifiers.
Currently we cannot accommodate the DT770 Pro in the 16Ohm variant, sorry.
According to TC Helicon, the GoXLR runs at up to 150 ohms. For the 250 Ohm version you would need a preamplifier. See: https://twitter.com/tchelicongaming/status/1081744939149455360?lang=de
No, this is a purely historical / technical development.
You need something that has enough output power for the 250 Ohm headphones. I have the DT880 with 250 ohms as well and use a Fiio X5 as a USB DAC ...
So if you're listening to music at home alone, I would definitely go for open. I share an office with my husband, so we both have closed headphones for listening to ego music and gaming. If you have a specific taste in music, I would first find out what is best for e.g. classic or electronic. A friend of mine also has the DT770pro 32 Ohm closed headphones for the train to work. Price performance is certainly worth 5 stars.
I use the 250 Ohm version on a focusrite iTrack Solo and it works perfectly 👍
Yes, that should work. The Mackie 1402 has a 6.3mm connector for the headphones as far as I can see. The Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro have a 3.5mm plug, but a screw-on transition piece to 6.3mm is included.
Sure, you can! I've been using these headphones for years for music productions, very balanced. For instrument tracking the headphones are great. For mixing/music I would recommend the DT 990 or 1990, depending on your budget. The Scarlett has a headphones out with its own gain control, you can connect your phones there and the amp should have enough power for the 250 ohms.
Unfortunately I can't tell you why, it's best to ask the manufacturer.... However, these are normally intended for connection to a hi-fi system. Depending on the sound card, this can also work on a PC. However, you have to know the exact model of the sound card or chipset/mainboard for this (although I doubt that it works like this on the latter).
This is the "normal" studio version of the DT 770 Pro 250 Ohm. What you are looking for is the DT 770 M, which is the version that was made especially for live acts and also has a volume control in the headphone cable. As far as I know, this version is only available in the 80 Ohm version (if 250 Ohm is a requirement for you). This M version is also available for order on Digitec and if you hurry, you can still get the last one that is currently in stock ;) Beyerdynamic DT 770 M Closed Monitor Headphones (Over-Ear, Black)
