Does anyone know what to do? The printer only prints black with lines, everything is OK in colour. - Print head cleaning etc. done several times, cartridge full. Printed 50 pages with only black characters, then it was halfway OK again. After a week, the same game all over again. I have already searched the Internet, but without much success. I use the printer about once a month for about 10 pages.

Hello Tinu My printer is also causing problems, vertical lines are no longer drawn straight, but shifted sideways and the letter lines are italicised and shifted sideways, despite running multiple nozzle cleaning and optimisation programs. Please contact the seller or the manufacturer directly. These faults started just after a year.

Hello I have a problem with the lan connection on the printer. My normal lan cables are with 8 coloured wires on both sides. However, the printer only has one connector that is 10mm wide and has 4 coloured wires. What kind of cable do I need to get to connect the printer to my Lan > not W-Lan.

Hello Augustinhö What you are describing is the connection for the fax cable. Keep looking, right next to the USB interface should be the network interface. It's a good thing that there are quick-start guides (https://download.brother.com/welcome/doc101147/cv_mfc4340dw_ger_qsg.pdf) that come with the product and show exactly this picture/situation on page 2, point 12 ;-) Greetings

Hello Cummunity. Does anyone have EXPERIENCE with this device? -how good do you rate the photo print on photo paper 10x15/13/18? - Has anyone installed it on Windows 11 and did that work? -Has anyone installed it on MAC Big SUR and did it work? Thank you very much for your effort

-Can 10x15 and 13x18 be used? -Can 10x15 or 13x18 photo paper be placed in a drawer? -How good is the quality on photo paper (10x15 and 13x18)? -How many sheets can be loaded in the ADF at a time? -Is the machine compatible with MAC OS 11.6 BIG SUR? -Compatible with Windows 11? I recently bought the printer and I am more than satisfied. It prints extremely fast, quality is very good and it can be set up via Iphone / Ipad / Windows 11.
