Yes, according to the Canon website, the Eos 250d is also compatible with the EF-S lens mount. PS: for my taste the lens is not that great.... Wide angle for closer shots is missing. And for taking stuff to yourself, also not really top... But basically for the price, yes... It gets dusty in the camera bag.... I find the canon 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 more practical. A bit more of an all-rounder ;-)

Technically, both versions of the product are the same. The only difference is in the sourcing of the products. However, both versions are original Canon products.
