Hello, I have never ordered this product. I've noticed for some time that your site has spam and I'm receiving orders that don't concern me. Thank you for taking steps to deal with this. Best regards. C. Bosson

Unfortunately, we do not know which RGB fans are installed. Basically, the control runs via the MSI mainboard. Check whether you have already installed the new "MSI Center". If the "MSI Dragon Center" was pre-installed, you have to uninstall it first. You can find the software here: https://www.msi.com/Landing/MSI-Center In the "MSI Center" you should then see the compatible lights under "Mystic Light Sync". Otherwise, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer: https://www.msi.com/Landing/MSI-Center

Apparently the Argus RGB controller is not compatible with the MSI mainboard. At least that's how I would interpret it. What the support team means is that you should unplug the mainboard connector. Here the JRGB1 on page 8 in the manual: https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/M7C88v1.2.pdf You cannot control the RGB LEDs via software, but only via remote control. The other: This is a clear product defect. I would discuss this with the customer service digitec@digitec.ch. The RGB function may not be advertised anywhere; but the fact that the RGB controller is not compatible with the mainboard and is still plugged in shows that there is bungling going on. Installing the cheapest stuff and then realising that it doesn't work at all... It's best to force a clear statement from the support team.

The PC is sufficient for streaming. Regarding the costs: Please note that the PC comes without an operating system, so a Windows licence of approx. 150.- is added. I can't tell you much about building it yourself, but I think it's better to save yourself the trouble. I was satisfied with the price-performance ratio. I hope I could help you
