I don't know exactly what is meant by this question or it is a bit too superficial and not specific enough, but if the question is whether the Air 2S is certified under the new European drone law in a certain class, special or different from its predecessors, the answer is clearly NO. Or in other words, it falls into the same category as current stock drones in the same size and weight class. In Europe (and later also in Switzerland) this means at least the A1/A3 licence (compulsory) with the known restrictions and if you want to do more, the A2 licence.
Unfortunately, we do not have any empirical data on this. Therefore, your question has been forwarded to our community so that someone who has more detailed information can answer it.
