The quickest and easiest option is to insert the SD card directly into the PC. And this is how it works:
- Switch off the camera.
- Remove the microSD card from the Osmo Action 4.
- Insert the card into an SD adapter or USB card reader.
- The card appears as a drive on the PC.
- Open the folder: DCIM → DJI_001 (or similar).
- Copy files (drag & drop) to the PC.

Very fast (even with 4K/120p videos)
Stable, no special programme required
Works with Windows & macOS
Or there is also the option of connecting the camera to the PC via the USB-C cable.

I don't use it as most of my videos are on motorcycles, so it would never be fast enough. But google search points out it does have it. Have a look.

I think you'll find the answer to your question by searching for "DJI Osmo Action 3 vs DJI Osmo Action 4" on YouTube. I can tell you though that the price of the Action 4 should come down soon, as the 5 is about to be released 😉
Unfortunately no carrying case included. But it's pretty tough and I now know that I only need one battery for day trips. I just plug it in like that.

Hello ! I'm not sure you'll be able to attach it to the inside of a motorbike helmet, but I'd recommend the DJI Mic 2 Bluetooth microphone (on sale at Digitec). That way you won't need a cable, and your camera will remain waterproof! Have a good trip!

Yes, depending on the video quality and battery life settings and the size of the memory card.
Not really, it comes with a clip that is partly magnetic and has clamps to attach the Action Cam bombproof. The magnet is more for fixing and not as a magnetic holder.
This is all stated in the item description and can also be seen in the pictures.

I haven't tried filming at night in the streets, but it's clearly not made for that.
I filmed during a visit to a cave, and the result wasn't great - it didn't manage to focus very well.
However, outside during the day, it's really great.
