Gigaset E560 HX (CH-Version)
Gigaset E560 HX (CH-Version)
Since both devices support the DECT wireless standard, yes. If you google "Salt Fibre Box DECT", you'll get the answer as to how it works.
Step-by-step solutions: - 1. base station switched on? Make sure that the DECT base station (e.g. router with DECT or Gigaset base) is switched on and functional. - 2. register handset again Press the registration button on the base station (usually DECT/WPS) for approx. 3-5 seconds. On the handset: Menu → Settings → Handset → Register → Enter PIN (default: 0000) → Select base. - 3. HX models require a DECT base The E560 HX is a "universal handset" that does not have its own base station. It must be registered to a DECT-capable base station or a router (e.g. Fritz!Box, Swisscom Internet Box). - 4. check range Make sure that the handset is within range of the base station (max. approx. 50 m in buildings). - 5. reset as last option If nothing helps: Reset handset to factory settings → Menu → Settings → Handset → Reset.
Hello, does the E560HK (CH version) work with Swisscom's Internet-Box 2? Thank you for your answers.

The E560 HX (CH version) works with Swisscom Internet-Box 2, as it is designed to be compatible with Swisscom DECT routers connected to a fixed (IP) connection. This fixed-line telephone uses DECT technology and is compatible with Swisscom Internet-Boxes, including Internet-Box 2, which supports fixed IP telephony via DECT.

Yes, the device is supplied with rechargeable batteries. The official documentation confirms that it is operated with 2 NiMH AAA rechargeable batteries, which should be included in the scope of delivery as they are necessary for operation. If you are unsure, we recommend that you take a look at the supplied packing list or the operating instructions.
Automatically generated from the .The question here is whether a general forwarding of all calls without call acceptance or a forwarding during the call is meant. In my opinion, the former has nothing to do with this handset, which needs a base station for such functions. Call forwarding is normally set on the base station or in the web interface of the telephone provider (Swisscom, Sunrise etc). Forwarding during an ongoing call is only possible internally to another handset on the same base station.

The Gigaset E560 HX (CH version) comes with a charger as standard. You therefore do not need to buy a separate charger as an accessory, it is already included in the scope of delivery.

Unfortunately, I don't know. I have an original Swisscom subscription for Internet, TV, etc. Original Swisscom subscription.
My E560 is operated as a stand-alone unit at my mother's house. That's why I can't answer the question like that.
There is a Gigaset website for mutual compatibility: https://www.gigaset.com/ch_de/cms/service/kompatibilitaet/produkte.htm The UPC Connect Box does not have a built-in DECT base station, only analogue telephone connections. Handsets would have to be connected to a DECT base connected to it.
Have you already tried a reboot? Remove the battery(ies) and reinsert them after approx. 5 seconds and switch on the phone.
Has now been adjusted. Thank you for your attention.
For me, the menu remains visible for a very long time. I can't confirm your charges. Maybe a defect?
Thank you very much for the answers! Then Digitec should declare this correctly, I cancelled it and bought a SL450A GO. This is currently connected to my Swisscom Businesses 2.0 router and works, so I tested it shortly before on the Swisscom Internet Box 2 and it worked there too! Greetings Martin
In principle, all Gigaset handsets with the abbreviation HX are suitable. My experience is that all Gigaset phones with the 1.8" screen have a very small font on the display, with the exception of the E560HX, so I opted for a Gigaset with a 2.4" screen (SL450 HX), but there are others (e.g. CL 660 HX). But if the E560 HX is good then you can buy more of them and use all phones the same way ;-) For example, the menu navigation on the E560 is different from that of the SL450. When buying, make sure that only the handset is included and not a complete set with handset and base station.
The Gigaset devices and base stations are fully compatible with each other as long as the age of the devices is approximately the same. If the age difference increases, individual functions may not be supported. The basic functions (making calls and transferring calls) are always possible, as this is specified by the DECT standard.
No, order "normal" E560, but it's cheaper elsewhere than at digitec ...
The E560HX is a handset only, which must be connected to a base via DECT radio.
This telephone is only a handset and must be connected to a base station (e.g. Swisscom Box) via DECT or CAT-iq. This telephone cannot be used standalone.
