...depends on how much RAM you need. With 2x 16GB, you can add two more of the same RAM and go up to 64GB. Personally, I would take the one in your list, it fits or this one: HyperX Fury RGB (4x, 8GB, DDR4-3600, DIMM 288)

K or kf for gaming ?

K= unlocked, overclocking possible, Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU). F= no graphics unit integrated, requires separate graphics card Both are not relevant for gaming and the iGPU can be switched off in the BIOS. But with no F, you have the advantage that you can connect the monitor without a graphics card, which is practical if something breaks.
