Don't buy this, at least not until you've read the reviews. Absolutely useless as a wake-up radio! Sound good.
No, only mains operation
Hello. This is not possible!!! I have contacted JBL, Galaxus and for them it is a normal operation. The alarm clock works for 1 minute, pauses and starts again one minute later. This mode of operation is noted in the instructions. This is the first and only time I have been disappointed with Galaxus' response to my problem. I hope I have answered your questions.
You can set two alarm times.
Hi, the device has no battery and only runs on the mains. The battery mentioned is only used to store the data as long as the device is not connected to the mains.
You can set the volume in the menu for alarm time programming.
Can the radio be used without a power cable and how do I make sure it works with the battery? Thanks
Hello Jean-Claude The alarm clock only works when it is plugged in via the power cable.
...maybe a switched socket??
No, because it is not battery operated. A power supply unit and suitable plugs are included. It has a button cell so that everything does not have to be reset in the event of a power failure.
It lights up at night and can be dimmed but not switched off completely.
No, buy two Home Pods Mini, you can pair them and have better sound quality, not that the Horizon is bad, but it's a clock radio.
Yes, it works. You have to select an alarm melody or a radio station, but you can set the volume to 0 so that you are only woken up by the light.
According to the manufacturer, you can stream music: Whether you're streaming music via Bluetooth or listening to your favourite radio station, the room will be filled with impressive JBL Pro Sound.
The description is correct, the unit has DAB+ reception. It may be that reception is limited by external factors (construction of the building, location of the unit, etc.). I found an article about this here: https://www.srgd.ch/de/aktuelles/fokus/fragen-und-antworten-zu-dab/ich-kann-dab-gar-nicht-empfangen-was-kann-ich-tun/
No cannot be adjusted. My device is going back because of this. A clock radio that switches off after 3 minutes does not work for me. Too bad
Warm light can be switched on manual dimming no
