Hi, in the description of the product it says that the operating system is Windows 11 Home. Does this mean that the product comes with Windows already installed? Or does it come with the product key for Windows and the customer has to install it themselves? Moreover, one of the questions above (23 days ago) implied that Windows was not included, and the answer to that question indicated that the deployment and installation service (about 50 CHF) was not included. Hence, I'm not sure if I should interpret this to mean that for 50 CHF Digitech installs and provides Windows, or that the Windows key is included in the price but Digitech does not install it unless one pays for this 50 CHF service? Hi Matt. I don’t recall any issues with Windows on this machine. As far as I remember, it was already installed and no product key was required, nor was an installation service. Chris.

Hello all Can anyone comment on the volume of the unit? I have read elsewhere that the unit is supposed to be very loud. Thank you and greetings

Hi The PC is relatively quiet and only slightly audible in normal operation. When gaming, it is clearly louder and more audible depending on the required performance, as cooling must also be provided accordingly. Our highest measurement was 40 to 45 dB at full load. The fan curve can also be individually adjusted so that the fans run even quieter. When I personally tested the PC, I never noticed it to be that loud, audible but not loud. Is it possible to install 2 additional hard disks and a DVD drive?

Hi Thotto62 The enclosure has room for up to 2x 3.5" SATA HDDs and 2x 2.5" SATA SSDs. A DVD drive is not possible, the enclosure has no bay and no space.
