Regarding the red flashing, you could try reconnecting the subwoofer. However, the crackling is not normal, so I recommend filing a warranty claim. The following link will take you to the warranty registration overview: https://www.digitec.ch/de/after-sales
The LG SJ2 2.1 Soundbar connects to the TV via SPDIF (optical) or stereo jack cable. The Bluetooth connection is only internal to the LG SJ2 between the soundbar and its subwoofer, so you CANNOT pair it with your mobile phone Bluetooth, but you can via a 2.5mm/3.5mm jack-to-jack cable (mobile phone-to-LG soundbar) - the LG SJ2 is certainly worth a try.
I looked at my soundbar to see what was there. But I didn't find any holes to hack into or anything like that, except for 2x M6 threaded holes. Maybe you can tinker with it yourself👍🏽.
There seems to be an English plug on the picture. But I wouldn't worry too much about that. Digitec is obliged to supply the device with a suitable Swiss plug.
According to LG's specs? Yes: AMPLIFIER POWER Number of channels 2.1 channel Total power 160 Watt Main speaker 2 x 30 Watt Subwoofer 100 Watt https://www.lg.com/ch_de/audio/lg-SJ2
The unit has a 2-pin connector on both the subwoofer and the soundbar. I can't remember what came in the box because I have a lot of CH connection cables, which are available everywhere if the wrong ones were included. The soundbar is simply ingenious, so 2 cables should not be a problem.
You need an optical TOSLINK cable to connect the TV to the soundbar. For example, the following product: Value Toslink cable (2m, Entry, Black)
Basically it has an optical connection Toslink but without a cable, that you have to buy separately.
