This keyboard supports both: For wireless, you always need the receiver (included) plugged into a USB port. With some laptops, you would be lucky if none of the few USB ports for the keyboard is blocked. Bluetooth does not need a receiver - if the computer can do Bluetooth at all. But I don't notice any differences in quality (latency, stability).

This is seamless (few seconds delay). I tested this myself between a Windows 10 PC and my Android smartphone. Switching back and forth several times works perfectly, Bluetooth has to be activated on the smartphone of course. But I can tell you, writing with such a keyboard on the small display feels quite weird :-)

Quite possible with this model, but a bit tricky without a tool. Recommend a dedicated tool.
