Hi Meinrad, I think so, as you can see a kind of belt loop in picture 6. It can be quite heavy due to its size, so it is best to wear it at the same time as the shoulder strap - I have a similar one, where I wear the shoulder strap 'crosswise' e.g. left shoulder, bag on the right hip side.
