Next Level Racing's GT Lite Pro folding cockpit is designed to support heights ranging from 120 cm to 210 cm. Since 1m40 (140 cm) falls within this range, the cockpit is adaptable for a child of this height.

I have mounted the Moza R12 on it. Fits without any problems. As the hole template offers many possibilities, I assume that the R5 should also fit.

I'm not familiar with the 2 seats you mention but I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The only slight downside is that the steering wheel attachment is a bit light, especially if your steering wheel is heavy. I had to reinforce the support and now it's really great.
