On the gh5 you have 2 types of 10 bit:
400 mbps and 150mbps.
For 150 mbps a card with the u3 standard is sufficient, so 95 mb/s is ok.
For 400 mbps you need a v90 card, the cheapest in the shop is this one Integral Memory UltimaPro X2 (128GB, Class 10)

Memory cards are never included with cameras. Except for special kits where it is explicitly mentioned.

Yes, it has a normal "big" HDMI output.
I would recommend a good brand SDXC card such as Sandisk Extreme Pro in the UHS-I version. They have become quite cheap in the meantime. It is said here that UHS-II cards have an advantage: https://www.speicherkarten.guru/-Kameras...
However, one may ask whether the massive additional price is worth it. The memory speeds are not nearly exhausted.

I recently purchased this camera here, the latest firmware update 2.6 was already installed, lens firmware 1.1.
V Log must be purchased and installed separately.
The lens hood was missing from my camera. Despite writing to Galaxus several times, I have not even received a reply, let alone the missing lens hood. Panasonic immediately responded to my letter but referred me to the dealer/Galaxus.
The camera is top, I am very satisfied with it.

The lens makes the difference.
The Leica 12-60 is an excellent lens and worth every penny. That's Leica for you.
The aperture value of the Leica lens is f2.8 - f4.0.
With the Panasonic lens it starts at f3.8 and goes up to f5.6 in the zoom range.
This means that at a focal length of 60mm, the smallest aperture for the Leica is f4.0 and for the Panasonic 5.6.
The Leica alone costs CHF 799.

I've shot some professional films with the GH5/Leica kit and was always very satisfied.
I bought a GH5 in June 2019 and it worked straight away with a DJI Ronin S gimbal. Later added an Atomos Shinobi and that worked straight away too. Greetings Patrick
Yes, that is correct. There is no 30-minute limit.
Well, the 12-60 mm Obi. is an ideal zoom. But if you need more telephoto, then I recommend a zoom 12-120 mm. But that is already heavier!
An additional alternative would be 30-100 mm. Panasonic has several suitable Obi in stock.
As a directional mic I would take a Sennheiser mic. Sennheiser has been a leading manufacturer of microphones for over 50 years.

Yes, that is also the case with the GH5. I have no experience with V-Log, but I suspect that the "migration" is not possible. But there is no need for V-Log with the GH5; with Cine D you are more than well served at 10 bits (set brightness distribution to +3).

Well, I've probably been able to find out the difference between the two versions: there doesn't seem to be one. Apparently, rumours about the "E version" are circulating on the internet. A specialist explained to me that the "E" probably stands for Europe.

The manufacturer recommends memory cards with UHS-I/UHS-II speed class 3. These are memory cards that can write at a minimum of 30MB/s. I can recommend the following product: Sandisk ExtremePro SDXC U3 (64GB, Class 10)

Pretty sure.
Sigma 12-35mm was made for APS-C and the GH5 has MFT... so smaller sensor. That's why it's not a problem.
The Metabones allow you to focus.... not as fast but it's enough for most things.
No, the VLog profile has to be purchased separately, it is included with the sister model GH5s.
So I don't see "-10%" anywhere and even if it did, it would also say how to do it. It always has a section "10% voucher" where the process is described, you would just have to scroll ;)
Well... it might take a while... it's only just been officially launched.
I don't think even Panasonic Switzerland can give a date... that's probably why it says "unknown".
It's new and I'm sure it will be very popular... I would pre-order it to be in the first shipment if you really want it. I still have my GH4R ;)
