USB-C input cable stopped working, any ideas on how to open it/ any idea on how it happened, it came out of nowhere. Too much voltage ?

Based on customer reviews, it would appear that this product is not overly reliable.

I have connected two other monitors, everything worked fine, I could work on both separately. Since today, however, the two external monitors are only recognised as one (both are running). What could be the reason that it suddenly no longer works?

Do both display the same content? If yes, and under Windows: press the Windows key + P at the same time. Select "expand" in the open window. Hope this helps, good luck.

What is the maximum number of pixels and hertz with two monitors? Additionally, has anyone had experience with a Macbook Pro M1 as to whether multiple monitors can be powered via the single usb C cable with Powerdelivery? Thanks for the answer!

M1 Macs natively support only one external monitor for expansion. The dock has via HDMI max 4K@30hz, VGA FHD@60hz

Hdmi inputs do not work for my screens, driver updated; is up to date, HDMI cable plugged in and unplugged, does not work. Replaced HDMI cable, does not work.
