Hello, Yes, the steering wheel is interchangeable between the TX and the T300RS base. So the leather steering wheel you currently have on the TX can also be fitted on the T300Rs.

Yes, that's in.
The base can be attached to the table. There is a big screw that you turn and it sticks to the table. If you want to remove the base, you can simply turn the screw back and remove the base. You don't need any accessories, everything comes with the base.
My power cable is broken, I need a new one. Does digitec sell such a cable? Or where can I find one?
