They work fine for me. Do you have a Bluetooth dongle in your PC?
According to the manufacturer's website (https://www.ultimateears.com/de-ch/wireless-speakers/boom-3.html), you can set an alarm clock in the app.
If I see it correctly, that will work. Any device with Bluethooth function can be connected to the Boom 3.
No, unfortunately that only works with the UE Booms and Megabooms.
Laut Homepage und Unboxing vom Hersteller ist ein Micro USB Kabel dabei. https://www.ultimateears.com/de-ch/wireless-speakers/boom-3.html#in-the-box https://youtu.be/ShMG0okeU6o?t=15
Yes, you can do that without any problems.
You can create one-touch playlists for Apple Music® and Deezer® Premium easily via the app and you don't always have to have your smartphone with you :-) For more info, see here: https://www.ultimateears.com/de-ch/wireless-speakers/boom-3.html
A mains plug and charging cable is included with the "standard" version. I hope I was able to answer your question. If so, please accept my answer as an answer to your question.
Diameter: 73 mm; height: 184 mm and weight: 608 g.
Listen to music underwater? Yes! The thing is absolutely water- and sand-proof. Worth it for the price :-)
Not quite kebab without sauce. Imagine you get a kebab with yoghurt sauce from one seller and a kebab with cocktail sauce from another. But you pay less for the one with yoghurt than for the one with cocktail, although the product is actually the same. Kebab with sauce. In this case, it's not even about the sauce, but about the person offering the kebab; the seller. Maybe one of them has to pay more to his supplier and the other one has got a cheaper supplier. This is exactly the case with UE Boom and us. Since we work with different suppliers and additionally with daily prices, there can be a difference between the products. :-)
yes, I think
The volume of the instructions depends on the music volume and cannot be set separately. I.e. music soft => instruction soft, music loud => instruction loud.
Micro-USB. This means that it can be connected to a USB port with the appropriate adapters.
No, the Megaboom, as the name suggests, has a little more bass and volume. But it is also a bit bigger than the Boom. If you want something as small as possible, then the Boom, otherwise rather the Megaboom.
So, none at all... My Boom 3 came with a USB charging cable but no mains adapter. Good thing, because I have enough of them!
I have a Bluetooth 4.2 capable smartphone. As a result, I can say that the UE boom 3 is backwards compatible and also supports Bluetooth 2.0. The Bluetooth 2.0 standard dates back to 2004.
Yes. Quote from the UE Boom 3 FAQ: "PartyUp allows you to connect multiple speakers together. To join the party, you first need to download the "BOOM & MEGABOOM by Ultimate Ears" app and install the latest firmware for the speakers. The latest version of the app is available in the iOS App Store or the Android Play Store. After installing the latest version of the app, updating the speaker firmware is possible via the app via OTA (Over-the-Air). Make sure that all speakers that are to join the party are updated with the latest firmware. NOTE: If the guest speaker is not set up as a public speaker, a message with an additional step will be displayed before it can join the party. The owner of this speaker must press the Bluetooth button twice on their speaker."
If there was a simple answer, UE would only offer one of the products. At the very least, you need to tell us what you're looking for and what you want to use it for.
No. The iPhone does not ring (because it is mute), but it turns down the music and shows on the display that a call is coming.
Should now work again, the bug has been fixed in the meantime.
