Ugreen Display Port - HDMI (Type A) Hello, I bought this cable, but the connection to an HDMI input of the TV only transmits the picture. The sound on the PC stops as soon as I plug the adaptor into the display port. What should I do? Thanks in advance for a helpful answer. Christoph

Probably because you have to change in the settings the audio output from on-board speakers to an external audio source. I don't see what else it could be. I hope I have helped

Folgendes steht in der Herstellerdokumentation: The TS4 features a full-size DisplayPort that supports a maximum resolution up to 8K. DisplayPort can be easily converted to HDMI, miniDisplay Port, VGA, and DVI with the use of adapter cables or adapters. Note: The DisplayPort on the TS4 is only compatible with active DisplayPort adapters. If you attempt to use a passive adapter, your display will not function correctly. If you are not sure which type you have, please check with your adapter manufacturer to ensure that it is an active adapter.

Yes, according to ours, this is an active cable. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly whether it is compatible with the CalDigit TS4 docking station. Therefore, the question has been forwarded to our Community for an answer.
