Okay nothing more
I bought this powerbank to replace my previous one. Unfortunately, I am not really satisfied because of the above-mentioned points. Whether it charges is partly a mystery. When I use it with my laptop, it is empty within minutes, although it is supposed to have a capacity of 20000mAh. I would not buy it again

Really lousy, by the way, doesn't charge very quickly
Only USB-c is supposed to deliver 65W, not the other two ports. Well, in my test it gave me between 33 and 44W, but where have the Ws gone? Charging is SUPER MEGA SLOW! Tested on 3 Lenovo Thinkpads & ideapads and an Asus Viviobook. Worse still, when it charges a laptop, the battery keeps dropping. On the Samsung S23+, fast charging works very poorly, if at all. But it's a bit of a shame that Chinese equipment designed to charge laptops doesn't actually do it. It's a bit like strong mustard that doesn't sting!

Autonomy largely misleading
I ordered this battery and the autonomy it is supposed to provide is not what is actually provided. I had two LEDs of autonomy available and I charged my iPhone for five minutes, and the battery suddenly stopped charging the phone and was flat...
I've already sent the battery in for warranty, and a new replacement has been sent, but the problem persists.
Mind you, the battery charges correctly in terms of fast-charging, but instead of having a 20,000mAh battery, it feels more like a 10-15,000mAh one...
Better to go for another product than this one.Pro

It does no Support the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
It does not seem to support 45 watt charging for the S23 Ultra....The PD specifications are a mess. No happy because I've just lost 10CHF in restocking fees and I have to go all the way to the Digitec shop to return it otherwise it's another 7.90.

Poor customer service
I have informed the manufacturer that there is an error on the product page. On the page it says 2'000mAh under capacity in the instructions and on Digitec it says 20'000mAh. I even asked the support what was wrong, but after more than 4 weeks and another request, no answer from the manufacturer. That should probably say it all :d
